Just a little introduction

My name is Andraya (But Tiggy is okay too I guess). I’m a full time student, fashion enthusiast & I sing occasionally. I’ve created this blog to share my love for Travel, Fashion and Music, and I’m sure I’ll share some daft stories along the way. So without further ado, sit back, grab a wee cupán tae, and enjoy the content I bring to you.

I will be posting as frequently as possible, keep up to date on instagram: @AndrayaTighe for regular updates!

Farmhouse Brown Bread: Recipe

As the evenings get darker and Winter begins to fall, cooking becomes more than just a hobby for me. I love baking in the Winter. Nothing beats a home cooked meal after a day in the rain or homemade cookies by the fire. Baking has always been a hobby of mine, and in more recent…

A Wintery Travel Guide: Prague

If you’re looking for a nice spot to visit this Winter, look no further. I spent six days in the Czech Republic at the beginning of January where I embarked on a new journey and made endless memories. If you’re looking to travel somewhere that displays beautiful outdoor markets, a phenomenal night life and historical…

Staying Healthy During Winter: My Tips

My least favourite time of the year is on it’s way. As I do not have the monetary funds to escape the wet Irish weather, I have to endure the Winter ahead. But worst of all, I have to endure the risk of cold’s and flu’s. I fell unwell quite recently, but was back to…

A Weekend Away: Brussels

Over a year ago, I travelled to Brussels, Belgium. The weather was still extremely warm considering it was the end of August, but the fall had arrived beautifully. Brussels is definitely somewhere I’d recommend for a weekend trip. If you’re touring Europe and ticking off each city one by one, I couldn’t recommend Belgium more…

A Lost Voice in A Big Crowd

If you’ve previously read my blog post on Anxiety, this post won’t come as brand new information. For those who haven’t read it, let me give you a short synopsis. I recently opened up about suffering from Anxiety and my dire phobia of vomiting. Writing that post was important to me, and I wish continue…

12 hours in Geneva

If you have read my last travel post, you’ll have learned that I recently travelled to Annecy, France. What I didn’t include was the tale of Geneva, where I spent a full day and evening in. To get to France, we originally flew into Geneva airport, and due to awkward flying times, we’d no choice…

Annecy: A Guide

I recently travelled to a little town in the South of France, which meets the Swiss Alps, only an hour away from Geneva, Switzerland. When originally booking a trip away, I was eager to venture to somewhere different. I wanted to visit a destination that no one had been to before. After plenty of research,…

Dad: The Hardest Man to Buy For

Every single Fathers Day, I struggle with gift ideas for my Dad. I’d be lying if I said that shopping for men was in anyway simple. This year, I’m adamant to spoil my Dad. Nearly EVERY single Fathers Day, I celebrate my birthday, as both always seem to coincide. This year, I’ve resorted to having…

Mindfulness in Times Of Tension: The 8th Amendment.

This blog is going to be a little sharper but shorter than my usual posts, bare with me though. With voting day nearing, the tensions are running high between the “Yes” and “No” canvassers. As I walk to work every morning, I am constantly greeted by canvassers on both sides, who have been up early…

Anxiety: The Reality

Exams hit me like a whirlwind last week, and as a postgraduate student, I felt the pressure tremendously. I buckled down this semester and prepped in advance so I had nothing to worry about, or so I thought. My Mom calls me a worrier. And, that I am. I worry about everything. My family ,…
