I recently was given a copy of one of the most intriguing lists of restaurants to eat in Dublin, divided into food categories and color coordinated to fit the location. I admired this hard working piece and have decided to replicate such a thing for the city of Galway. Galway is a much smaller place, but there are so many places outside the city centre which deserve credit for their tasteful food and unique decor. Below, I’ve subsidised many of the greatest Galway restaurants by location and category of some of my favourite cuisines. I hope this entices some of you to explore restaurants not only in the city centre, but outside it too!
